Why does a brand new home
need an inspection?
To protect your investment!
New construction needs to be inspected by a independent company, not the builders representative! Why? To be sure everything is built correctly and everything you ordered on your home is there. New homes carry a builders warranty, but once the property is closed it can be difficult for you to get the builder back out. Often, by the time a defect becomes apparent to a homeowner, the warranty period had expired.
READ the contract you are signing.  I know it is lengthy, but you will see that it is written in the favor of the builder. Don't assume anything, if it's not in writing the Builder is not obligated to fulfill what you thought you were getting.
I built Quality Homes for 18 years had hundreds of happily satisfied customers. My expertise and experience has allowed me to see firsthand how easily a Code Inspection can be over looked, and how easily some Builders can get by with shoddy or unethical building practices. Please understand most Builders are reputable but mistakes can be made!

People want to RESIDE in their new home and begin a life of NO HEADACHES. Who wants numerous tradesman coming in to repair items that should have been accomplished before closing?

I will personally look out for your interest and Inspect the construction of your home. Or if you prefer I will perform a final inspection on your new home to give you peace of mind that  your home was built the way you wanted it.

Call me personally to discuss your needs.
